The company also addressed a press report published in The Australian newspaper, which alleged a secret budget of up to $35 million regarding Kyle Sandilands.
ARN stated that the media report contained multiple factual inaccuracies and confirmed that it has made no financial provision for either the Sandilands or Henderson litigation.
The business continues its preparations for the upcoming court dates as legal teams ready their cases for the spring hearings.
Following the announcement, the ARN Media share price was down at $0.25.
