BKI Investment (ASX:BKI) reported a net profit after tax of $64.4 million for the financial year ended June 30, alongside plans to shift its dividend schedule.

Total ordinary revenue from the investment portfolio reached $67.8 million, marking a 4% increase compared to the previous corresponding period.

The company's board determined that the business will transition its dividend payment schedule from a half-yearly frequency to a quarterly basis.

Subject to board approval, the first quarterly dividend for the 2027 financial year is expected to be paid in September 2026.

The final dividend was set at 4 cents per share fully franked, bringing total dividends for the 2026 financial year to 7.95 cents per share.

Following the announcement, the BKI share price was up at $1.85.

The business maintains an investment philosophy focused on holding long-term positions in profitable, well-managed Australian companies across various market cycles.

Total portfolio value grew 6% over the course of the financial year to reach $1.67 billion by June 30.
