Elon Musk wants to put data centers in space starting in 2028, but space presents challenges for compute, including communication between satellites and the ground. Dan Roelker, former head of software engineering at SpaceX, set out to address this problem when he co-founded Observable Space. He joins Ed Ludlow on "Bloomberg Tech."
