
Entropy Neurodynamics secures approval for 72 patient study

Entropy Neurodynamics (ASX:ENP) has secured ethics approval for a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial evaluating drug TRP-8803 in 72 patients.
The multi-indication trial builds on earlier Phase 2 results that delivered a 100% response rate in binge eating disorder.
"Securing HREC approval and executing our expanded agreement represents a significant milestone," said Entropy Neurodynamics CEO Jason Carroll.
The study will evaluate intravenous psilocin across eight major health conditions at Swinburne University.
Patient dosing is expected later this quarter, and following the announcement the Entropy Neurodynamics share price was unchanged at $0.035.
The business was formerly known as Tryptamine Therapeutics before changing its name in November 2025.
Entropy Neurodynamics recently secured a South African patent for fibromyalgia treatment extending through 2043.
