Lynas Rare Earths (ASX:LYC) signed binding agreements with LS Eco Energy for a mutual $29 million convertible investment.

The 0% interest securities mature in five years, with Lynas stating that LS Eco Energy will construct a processing plant in Vietnam.

Following the announcement, the Lynas Rare Earths share price was unchanged at $14.79.
