Mayfield Group secures $31M in new orders
Mayfield Group (ASX:MYG) has announced a boost to its project pipeline, securing $31 million in new orders since March.
The surge has propelled the group's consolidated work-in-hand to $151 million as of May 6, representing an 11.8% increase in just two months and a staggering 32.5% jump since December 2025.
The rapid growth underscores the integration of recent acquisitions, BE Switchcraft and SMEC Power & Technology, with orders now spanning the group’s entire product range across all four operating businesses.
The lion's share of this new activity is driven by Australia’s booming digital infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
Highlighting this momentum is a landmark $15.7 million contract—the largest single switchboard order in the company’s history—destined for a major hyperscale data centre.
Group CEO Andrew Rowe noted that manufacturing capacity is currently being aligned to meet this escalating demand for critical electrical infrastructure.
Beyond domestic borders, the group is celebrating its first international breakthrough via SMEC Power & Technology, securing a $2 million export order to Botswana.
The milestone marks the opening of a strategic export channel that management intends to scale further.
Mayfield Industries led the contribution with $23.2 million in new business, supported by steady gains from BE Switchcraft and ATI.
