Regal Partners (ASX:RPL) expects its first-half net profit to double to at least $90 million.

This represents a 100% increase compared to the $44.8 million profit generated in the prior period.

Management fees will reach at least $115 million.

Total funds under management grew 6% over the June quarter to reach $21.4 billion.

Following the announcement, the Regal Partners share price was up at $2.91.

The asset manager generated record first-half net inflows exceeding $1.3 billion across its investment funds.

Key drivers included $1 billion raised for the Taurus Mining Finance Fund III during June.
