SKS Technologies (ASX:SKS) expects an unaudited before-tax profit of $39.3 million, up 15.6% from prior guidance.
The updated forecast compares to February guidance of $340 million in sales revenue.
"The significant increase in profitability reflects the continued strength of our business," said SKS Technologies CEO Matthew Jinks.
The company stated sales revenue will reach $347.9 million, expanding before-tax profit margins to 11.3%.
Following the announcement, the SKS Technologies share price was unchanged at $7.30.
Management attributed the profit growth to ongoing investments in scalable operating systems, processes, and personnel.
SKS Technologies will publish its finalised full-year financial and operational results on Aug. 18.
