Unith Ltd (ASX: UNT) has completed the requirements for ISO 27001:2022 accreditation, with auditor A‑LIGN recommending the company for certification, a globally recognised standard for information security management.

For Unith, the accreditation is expected to support engagement with large, compliance‑driven enterprise customers that require stringent data protection protocols.

To support its objectives, the AI‑driven digital human specialist has secured a $2.0 million secured finance facility.

CEO Scott Mison said the funding will provide additional financial flexibility to scale Unith’s proprietary technology and pursue growth in new and existing markets.

The company’s dual‑track growth strategy remains focused on expanding recurring revenues and increasing enterprise adoption.

While prioritising organic platform execution, Unith has also confirmed it is conducting due diligence on potential strategic acquisitions aimed at improving its profit profile.

With additional funding in place and ISO certification pending, Unith is positioning itself to compete for larger corporate customers seeking secure, scalable digital human solutions.
