Vmoto (ASX:VMT) recorded a 156% year-over-year sales increase to 6,020 units, advancing its annual delivery targets.

The volume represents an increase compared to the prior year and aligns with stated expectations.

The electric vehicle maker executed a global agreement with MotoGP to distribute three branded mopeds.

Additionally, the company invested $3.3 million alongside Tora Leasing for a 49 percent stake in Vmoto Thailand.

Following the announcement, the Vmoto share price was unchanged at $0.11.

The manufacturer ended June with 5,504 committed international orders and an available $30.5 million cash balance. The orders are scheduled for delivery within the third and fourth quarters of 2026.

Executives stated the demand reflects increasing interest from new corporate customers across South America and South-East Asia.
