The firm generated $491.1 million in fee-related earnings and $467.6 million in after-tax realized income, equating to $1.29 per Class A share.
The company expanded its total assets under management to $671 billion as of June 30, 2026, while accumulating a record $170 billion in dry powder.
Following the announcement, Ares Management's share price was down at $124.12.
Management noted that many key financial metrics grew by more than 20% year-over-year, positioning the firm to capitalize on an expanding firmwide investment pipeline.
The board declared a quarterly common dividend of $1.35 per share, payable on September 30, 2026, and confirmed that a Dividend Reinvestment Program for Class A stock will be effective for this distribution.
