Balchem (NASDAQ:BCPC) reported record second-quarter 2026 net sales of $284 million, up 11.2% year over year, with higher revenue across all three business segments.
GAAP net earnings increased 16.6% to $44.6 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 12.6% to $77.9 million and free cash flow reached $36.2 million.
Human Nutrition and Health sales increased 10% to $176.9 million, Animal Nutrition and Health sales rose 15.0% to $64.5 million, and Specialty Products sales increased 8.9% to $40.5 million.
Balchem amended its revolving credit facility to increase borrowing capacity to $650 million, repurchased $29 million of stock in the quarter.
The company reported GAAP EPS of $1.39 compared with $1.17 a year earlier, while adjusted EPS increased to $1.49 from $1.27.
Balchem ended the quarter with net debt of $88.8 million and a net leverage ratio of 0.3 times, while providing specialty ingredients for nutrition, health and industrial applications.
