Bunge Global (NYSE:BG) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $24.04 billion, with net income rising to $678 million and adjusted EPS reaching $2.
Revenue exceeded analyst expectations of $22.81 billion and increased from $12.77 billion in the prior-year quarter, while earnings surpassed the $1.97 consensus estimate.
Soybean Processing net sales increased to $12.07 billion from $7.75 billion, while Softseed Processing net sales rose to $4.09 billion from $1.53 billion in the prior-year period.
Following the announcement, Bunge Global's share price was unchanged at $88.50.
Bunge reported net income of $678 million, or $3.47 per share, compared with $354 million, or $2.61 per share, in Q2 2025, supported by stronger soybean and softseed segment performance.
Bunge raised its full-year 2026 adjusted EPS guidance to $9.25–$9.75 per share, up from its previous range of $9–$9.50, as it expects continued performance from its global agriculture and food operations.
