
Constellium EBITDA rises to $439 million

- Net income increased to $148 million from $36 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 201% including a $129 million metal price lag benefit.
- Constellium raised 2026 guidance for adjusted EBITDA to $980 million–$1.020 billion and Free Cash Flow above $300 million.
Constellium (NYSE:CSTM) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $2.7 billion, up 31% year over year, while Adjusted EBITDA reached a record $439 million.
Shipments declined 1% to 381 kt, but higher revenue and improved earnings reflected stronger segment performance and a $129 million positive non-cash metal price lag impact.
Constellium reported Q2 net income of $148 million, compared with $36 million a year earlier, while Segment adjusted EBITDA increased across Aerospace & Transportation, Packaging & Automotive Rolled Products, and Automotive Structures & Industry segments.
For the first half of 2026, Constellium reported revenue of $5.2 billion, net income of $344 million, adjusted EBITDA of $798 million and free cash flow of $95 million.
Meanwhile, Constellium raised its 2026 outlook to ajusted EBITDA of $980 million–$1.020 billion excluding metal price lag and free cash flow above $300 million, while stating it expects to reach its 2028 targets two years early.
