The Ensign Group (NASDAQ:ENSG) reported second-quarter revenue of $1.44 billion, up 17.3%, as occupancy and skilled-care revenue increased.

GAAP net income rose 18.2% to $99.7 million, while diluted EPS increased 16.7% to $1.68.

Adjusted net income reached $114.3 million, while adjusted EPS rose 20.8% to $1.92 from the prior-year quarter.

Same-facility occupancy reached 84.1%, transitioning-facility occupancy hit 84.7%, and Standard Bearer rental revenue increased above 30% to $44.1 million.

Looking ahead, Ensign raised 2026 EPS guidance to $7.75–$7.85.

The company operates skilled-nursing, rehabilitation and senior-living businesses, while Standard Bearer owns healthcare properties leased to affiliated operators.

Elsewhere, Ensign added 20 operations with owned real estate, purchased additional Texas facilities and maintained its quarterly dividend at $0.065 per share.
