Forestar Group (NYSE:FOR) reported fiscal Q3 revenue of $407.0 million, up 4%, as residential lot sales increased 1% to 3,659.
Net income rose from $32.9 million to $35.9 million, while diluted EPS increased from $0.65 to $0.70.
Forestar maintained fiscal 2026 guidance for $1.6–$1.7 billion in revenue and deliveries of 14,000–14,500 lots.
Meanwhile, Forestar owned or controlled 91,700 lots, including 23,500 contracted lots representing approximately $2.3 billion in future revenue.
The company operates across 65 markets in 24 states and remains a majority-owned subsidiary of D.R. Horton.
