Giftify gross billings rise 26% to $45.5 million

Giftify (NASDAQ:GIFT) reported Q2 gross billings of $45.5 million, up 26.2%, while net sales increased 4.0% to $21.7 million.

Gross profit rose 14.2% to $4.4 million, while gross margin expanded by 180 basis points to 20.2%.

“Our second quarter results reflect continued progress on the fundamentals of our business,” said Giftify President and CEO Ketan Thakker.

Giftify’s net loss narrowed 52.1% to $1.2 million, while modified EBITDA turned positive at $126,036 and cash totaled $3.9 million.

Following the announcement, Giftify's share price was up 5.99% at $0.92.

CardCash added partnerships with Capital One Shopping and Follett Higher Education, which is expected to reach around 700 campus bookstores by August 2026.

Giftify operates CardCash.com and Restaurant.com, while increased agent transactions caused gross billings to grow faster than reported net sales.
