Herc Holdings (NYSE:HRI) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $1.20 billion, up 20%, as equipment rental revenue increased 23% to $1.07 billion.

The company recorded net income of $19 million, or $0.57 per diluted share, while adjusted net income reached $48 million, or $1.43 per diluted share.

Herc Holdings said the quarterly results reflected continued growth across its equipment rental operations during the period ended June 30, 2026.

Adjusted EBITDA increased 19% to $487 million, while the adjusted EBITDA margin remained unchanged at 40%.

First-half free cash flow nearly doubled to $202 million from $103 million in the prior-year period.
