HF Sinclair delivers $10.39 billion in revenue

HF Sinclair (NYSE:DINO) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $10.39 billion, up from $6.78 billion in the prior-year period, while net income reached $892 million.

Reported earnings were $4.93 per basic and diluted share, compared with net income of $208 million a year earlier, while adjusted earnings per share of $5.31 exceeded the consensus estimate range of $4.39 to $4.46.

HF Sinclair said stronger performance across its refining, lubricants and renewable energy businesses supported the increase in quarterly earnings.

Adjusted EBITDA rose to $1.48 billion from $665 million a year earlier, including $1.02 billion from Refining, $207 million from Lubricants & Specialties and $123 million from Renewables.

The company returned $265 million to shareholders through dividends and share repurchases and raised its quarterly dividend by 5% to $0.525 per share.

HF Sinclair operates refineries, produces transportation fuels and manufactures lubricants, speciality products and renewable diesel across the United States.

The refining segment recorded an adjusted gross margin of $25.95 per produced barrel sold as the company continued balancing operational investment with shareholder distributions.
