Management stated it is affirming its full-year 2026 insurance segment benefit ratio expectation of 92.75%, plus or minus 25 basis points.

The business also reported year-to-date growth of 130,900 patients, representing a 27% increase, in its CenterWell Senior Primary Care division.

Executives expect full-year individual Medicare Advantage membership to grow by approximately 25% compared to 2025 levels, attributing the forecast to new sales and retention improvements.
