Integra LifeSciences (NASDAQ:IART) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $418.8 million, up 0.8% year over year, with higher adjusted earnings and improved margins.
Organic revenue increased 0.7%, while Specialty Surgery revenue grew 1.7% to $309.3 million and Tissue Reconstruction revenue declined 1.9% to $109.5 million.
Integra reported GAAP earnings per share of $0.06 compared with a loss of $6.31 a year earlier, while adjusted EBITDA reached $78.4 million and adjusted gross margin increased to 61.3%.
Meanwhile, the company generated $22.8 million in operating cash flow, ended the quarter with net debt of $1.6 billion and reported approximately $496 million in liquidity.
Integra expects Q3 2026 revenue of $410 million–$425 million and adjusted EPS of $0.53–$0.61, while reaffirming full-year organic growth guidance of 0.8%–3.3% and adjusted EPS guidance of $2.40–$2.50.
