
JLL delivers $6.93 billion revenue as sales jump 11%

JLL (NYSE:JLL) reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $6.93 billion, up 11% in U.S. dollars and 10% in local currency.
Net income attributable to common shareholders increased 92% to $215.6 million, while diluted EPS rose 98% to $4.59 and adjusted diluted EPS increased 59% to $5.26.
Adjusted EBITDA increased 32% to $386.3 million as Advisory revenue rose 21% and Resilient revenue increased 8% in local currency.
Leasing Advisory revenue grew 24% in local currency, Capital Markets Services increased 19% and Real Estate Management Services rose 8%, while Investment Management revenue was broadly unchanged.
JLL increased the midpoint of its full-year adjusted EPS growth target to 34% after reporting stronger year-to-date financial performance.
Operating cash flow increased 47% to $488.1 million, while free cash flow rose 52% to $438.0 million during the quarter.
JLL repurchased $110 million of shares in the quarter, reduced net debt to $1.19 billion and lowered its net leverage ratio to 0.7x.
