Krystal Biotech (NASDAQ:KRYS) reported Q2 VYJUVEK revenue of $119.2 million, up 24%, and net income of $54.8 million.

Revenue increased from $96 million, while diluted EPS rose to $1.79 from $1.29 and gross margin reached 95%.

Krystal maintained $175–$195 million expense guidance and said Spain and Italy launches remain planned before year-end.

Following the announcement, Krystal Biotech's share price was down 7.03% at $341.12 in premarket trading.

Krystal expects updates for KB803, KB407, KB111 and intratumoral KB707 during the second half of 2026.

The company held $1.1 billion in cash and investments, while cumulative VYJUVEK revenue reached $965.9 million.
