
Lennox posts 3% revenue growth to $1.5 billion

Lennox (NYSE:LII) reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $1.5 billion, up 3% year over year, with GAAP operating income increasing 2% to $355 million.
The company’s total segment margin declined 30 basis points to 23.0%, as weaker Home Comfort Solutions results offset growth in Building Climate Solutions.
Home Comfort Solutions revenue declined 7% to $936 million, with segment profit down 12% and margin falling 130 basis points to 23.7%, while Building Climate Solutions revenue increased 24% to $610 million.
Following the announcement, Lennox's share price was unchanged at $578.
Lennox reported net income of $269 million, compared with $273.9 million a year earlier, while operating cash flow improved to $172 million from $87 million and share repurchases reached $132 million.
Lennox also reaffirmed its 2026 revenue growth outlook of about 8%, including a 5% contribution from acquisitions, but lowered diluted EPS guidance to $23–$24 while maintaining free cash flow guidance of $750–$850 million.
