
Omnicell revenue rises 7% to $312 million

Omnicell (NASDAQ:OMCL) reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $312 million, up 7% year over year, driven by growth in connected devices, SaaS, Expert Services and technical services.
GAAP net income increased to $24 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, from $6 million, or $0.12 per diluted share, in the prior-year quarter.
Omnicell reported non-GAAP net income of $44 million, or $0.94 per diluted share, compared with $21 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, a year earlier, while non-GAAP EBITDA increased to $67 million from $38 million.
The company reported higher earnings and cash flow during the quarter.
Omnicell also received $15 million in refunds for previously paid IEEPA tariffs during the quarter, which reduced product and total costs while increasing reported earnings, EBITDA and cash flows.
The company ended June 30, 2026 with $292 million in cash and cash equivalents, $168 million in total debt, $2 billion in total assets and $350 million available under its revolving credit facility.
