PJT Partners (NYSE:PJT) reported record second-quarter 2026 revenue of $486 million, an increase of 20% from the same period a year earlier.

GAAP pretax income rose 33% to $102 million, while adjusted pretax income increased 32% to $106 million.

“Our firm delivered record setting results across the board, as second quarter and first half revenues, pretax income and EPS were all the highest in our firm’s history,” Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Paul J. Taubman said.

GAAP diluted earnings increased 37% to $1.66 per share, while adjusted earnings rose 28% to $1.97 per share.

First-half revenue climbed 24% to a record $904 million, while the company ended the quarter with $535 million in cash, cash equivalents and short-term investments.

PJT Partners is a global advisory-focused investment bank providing strategic advisory, restructuring, capital markets and private fund advisory services.

The firm repurchased 2.1 million shares and share equivalents through June 30, 2026, while management said continued long-term investment in capabilities, geographic reach and brand development supports its future growth plans.
