Cloud annual recurring revenue increased 22% to $103 million, while regional revenue rose in the Americas and APAC but declined slightly in EMEA.
Radware reported GAAP net income from continuing operations of $3.9 million, or $0.09 per diluted share, compared with $6.4 million, or $0.14 per share, in the prior-year period.
Non-GAAP net income from continuing operations was $13 million, or $0.30 per diluted share, compared with $14.3 million, or $0.32 per share, while operating cash flow from continuing operations reached $13 million.
Radware ended Q2 2026 with $422.9 million in cash, deposits and marketable securities, while results from subsidiary SkyHawk were classified as discontinued operations.
