Adjusted EPS rose 8% to $0.55, beating the $0.53 analyst estimate, while sales missed the $939.3 million forecast.
Sally Beauty narrowed fiscal 2026 sales guidance to $3.725–$3.733 billion and adjusted EPS guidance to $2.04–$2.08.
Following the announcement, Sally Beauty's share price was down 2.48% at $14.97.
The company generated $62 million in free cash flow, repaid $20 million of debt and repurchased $25 million of shares.
Sally Beauty sells through its retail and Beauty Systems Group units while testing redesigned stores under its brand-refresh strategy.
