Securitise has appointed former Nasdaq executive Giang Bui as vice president of issuer growth to help expand its regulated tokenisation efforts across public and private markets.
Bui joins Securitise after senior roles at Nasdaq, the New York Stock Exchange and Cboe Global Markets, where she worked on equities, ETFs and digital asset-linked products.
“Giang has spent her career working at the center of issuer needs, helping build market structure, distribution, and trust,”
Said Securitise chief executive Carlos Domingo.
At Nasdaq, Bui played a role in developing the exchange’s digital asset ETF operations, including efforts to list spot Bitcoin ETFs alongside issuers, regulators and liquidity providers.
Securitise said Bui will focus on helping issuers bring “issuer-led, regulated tokenisation” to market as interest grows in moving traditional assets onchain.
The firm currently manages about $4 billion in tokenised assets and works with major institutions including Apollo, BlackRock, BNY, Hamilton Lane, KKR and VanEck.
Late last year, Securitise said it plans to launch an onchain equities product in the first quarter of 2026 as part of its broader push to tokenise stocks.
