TransDigm Group (NYSE:TDG) agreed to acquire Prince & Izant for approximately $1.066 billion in cash, including certain tax benefits.

Prince & Izant expects approximately $360 million in 2026 revenue, making the purchase price nearly three times forecast sales.

“We are excited to have an agreement to acquire Prince & Izant,” said TransDigm Chief Executive Officer Mike Lisman.

Prince & Izant operates four U.S. plants, employs 220 people and offers nearly 10,000 active product SKUs.

The deal awaits U.S. approvals.

Meanwhile, TransDigm completed its $2.2 billion purchase of Jet Parts Engineering and Victor Sierra Aviation in April 2026.

In July, TransDigm withdrew from its planned $960 million Stellant acquisition after citing regulatory uncertainty and timing constraints.
