Vertex raised 2026 revenue guidance to $13.1–$13.2 billion while maintaining non-GAAP combined expense guidance of $5.65–$5.75 billion.
CASGEVY revenue rose 151% to $76.4 million, while JOURNAVX revenue more than quadrupled to $49.6 million.
Vertex held $13.6 billion in cash and investments and expects its $10 billion Crinetics acquisition to close during Q3 2026.
