Revenue exceeded the prior year’s $2.96 billion, while GAAP net income increased to $1.1 billion from $1 billion.

Vertex raised 2026 revenue guidance to $13.1–$13.2 billion while maintaining non-GAAP combined expense guidance of $5.65–$5.75 billion.

CASGEVY revenue rose 151% to $76.4 million, while JOURNAVX revenue more than quadrupled to $49.6 million.
